1. Engagement & Scope of Work
All client work conducted by therarecompany is defined by executed Master Services Agreements (MSA) and Statements of Work (SOW). Any revisions to project scope require written mutual consent.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full final payment of project fees, all bespoke brand identities, web design assets, custom source code, and 3D assets transfer fully to the client. therarecompany retains rights to showcase completed work for portfolio purposes unless protected by Non-Disclosure Agreements.
3. Payment & Billing Terms
Standard client projects follow a 50% deposit and 50% completion milestone payment structure. Invoices are payable within 14 calendar days of issuance.
4. Governing Law
